On Sunday, November 16, 2025, the asambura ensemble invites you to a special musical experience at the Düsseldorf Synagogue .

Under the title “diasporAsa – Sonic Mosaics of Memory,” the ensemble embarks on a moving journey through themes such as cultural and religious diaspora, loss, memory, and identity. The compositions weave together musical traditions and contemporary sounds to create a striking sonic portrait of human experiences and cultural diversity.

The program begins at 4:00 p.m. with a guided tour of the synagogue, followed by the concert at 5:00 p.m.

The event is being organized in cooperation with Haus der Kulturen Düsseldorf e. V., the Jewish Community of Düsseldorf, and the NRW KULTURsekretariat.
