Our team

The Haus der Kulturen Düsseldorf is supported by a dedicated collaboration between a volunteer board and a full-time staff.

While the board shapes the content and strategic direction of the organization, the full-time staff manages day-to-day operations on-site and translates shared ideas into concrete programs, events, and offerings.

Working closely together, we develop programs, oversee projects, and support our member organizations in raising the profile of their work and advancing their initiatives. In doing so, we see ourselves as points of contact, enablers, and a unifying force within the center.
