About the Event
Our Family Saturday at the House of Cultures:
How can we best support our children through their school years? At the first parents’ forum, parents openly discuss everyday life, school, friendships, and media—and work together to find solutions.
Hobbies, homework, cell phones: When children start school, a lot changes—for the children and for the whole family. At the parent forum “Conversations Among Parents,” mothers and fathers come together to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.
Possible topics include:
- Children's Hobbies and Interests
- Friendships and Time with Peers
- Stress at School: Responsibilities, Grades, and Pressure
- Media: Screen Time, Cell Phones, and Social Media
- Family Habits and Daily Life
The focus is on conversation among equals: There are no ready-made answers, but rather room for discussion and new ideas. The goal is to work together to find ways to support our children effectively.
Danijela Janković and Jasna Marinković will be leading the meeting. This is the first in a series—more meetings are planned.
